Walberswick Beach

Walberswick is an unspoilt picturesque sandy beach which stretches for miles and is backed by sand dunes.

In August Walberswick holds The British Open Crabbing Championship, great fun for kids the winner is whoever catches the heaviest crab within a 90 minute period.

The heathland and marshes surrounding Walberswick are popular with walkers and have been declared an Area of Outstanding National Beauty.


There are plenty of cafés and other places to eat and drink within the pretty village of Walberswick as well as craft shops and art galleries.

There are no dog restrictions at Walberswick and dogs are welcome all year round.
